This initiative focuses on ensuring that children from economically weaker sections have uninterrupted access to quality education. The project will involve identifying deserving students, raising funds, and collaborating with schools to facilitate fee payments.

Project Background

Education is a fundamental right, yet many students in Kalyan, Dombivli, and Diva drop out of school due to financial constraints. Families in these areas, particularly those from low-income backgrounds, struggle to meet the rising costs of education. This project addresses this issue by covering school fees and ensuring that no child is denied education due to a lack of financial resources.

Objective

• To provide financial assistance for school fees to 200 students from      economically weaker sections in Kalyan, Dombivli, and Diva.
• To reduce school dropout rates and promote continuous education.
• To empower children with education for a brighter future.

Scope of the Project

• Location:     Kalyan, Dombivli, and Diva
• Target Beneficiaries: Students from families with an annual income below INR 2,50,000.
• Focus Areas:
  • Primary,  secondary, and higher secondary students.
  • Schools within the local area.

    

Implementation Plan

Phase 1: Planning and Awareness

1. Community Outreach:
   • Conduct awareness campaigns in schools and communities about the program.
   • Partner with local leaders and organizations for outreach.

1. Application Process:
   • Develop a transparent application system where parents or guardians can apply for fee support.
   • Collect necessary documents such as income proof, academic records, and school fee details.

Phase 2: Student Selection

1. Screening Applications:
   • Form a selection committee to review applications based on eligibility criteria.
   • Prioritize students from single-parent families, orphans, and those with exceptional academic performance.

   • Conduct home visits and cross-verify information provided by applicants.

Phase 3: Fundraising and Partnerships

1. Raising Funds:
   • Approach individual donors, corporate CSR initiatives, and crowdfunding platforms for funding.

   • Partner with schools to facilitate direct fee payments and monitor the student’s progress.

Phase 4: Disbursement and Monitoring
